A scalable, industry-prolific data-acquisition system is employed to gather simultaneous, high-speed data across a broad breadth of system parameters.

Up to 50 parameter channels, including pressure, flow, speed, displacement, angle, temperature, J1939 CAN bus, and GPS capability, enable extensive diagnostic testing and the collection of detailed duty-cycle profiles. Powerful data post processing tools and model-based techniques are utilized to develop A to B system life comparisons and effective energy transfer predictions, as well as duty-cycle composite and usage profile generation.
