Product Transition & Conversion
For many years our product mix has evolved to have significant overlap at the low end and mid range of our product line. We've developed a vision to standardize on two products (versus the five products we have today) at the low end and the mid range. This standardization leads to improved quality, improved focus, and improved cost (which ultimately allows us to keep our prices to customers low). The new Series 5 and Series 10 designs are better designs. They are better products with strong features. Our goal with this transition is to get our customers the best Eaton products at the best Eaton prices, which will help ensure our competitive position remains strong long term. We appreciate your support in this transition!
