Flow Controls
Eaton flow control valves are used to regulate the amount of fluid flowing through a passage, regardless of the inlet pressure level. They do this by producing a variable pressure drop in the fluid passage that results in reduced flow; or in the case of non-pressure compensated valves, a potentially reduced flow.
Adjustable flow control valves are suited for applications requiring flow regulation without pressure compensation. Flow control valves with both temperature and pressure compensation allow precise volumetric control.
Eaton bypass type flow control valves have an integral relief valve, while restrictor type flow control valves do not.
