Government Compliance

The Aerospace Group is committed to meeting its Government Compliance requirements and has the following policies/procedures to ensure this goal.

Unallowable Costs:

Eaton Aerospace Group's policy is to comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 31 regarding unallowable costs.

Cost Accounting Standards and Disclosure Statements:

Eaton's policy requires that all Government business shall be conducted in a manner that ensures its accounting practices and procedures are consistent with the applicable rules and regulations, including those prescribed by the DoD's Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).

Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA):

Eaton Aerospace Group's policy is to comply with the cost or pricing data disclosure requirements for negotiated procurements that are subject to the Truth-In-Negotiations Act (TINA) requirements per FAR Part 15.

Document Retention:

It is the Aerospace Group's policy to comply with legal requirements regarding the retention of business records.
