Powering the next generation of vehicles

Dan O'Neil knows cars. The retired businessman still owns the 1930 Model A Ford he bought when he was 14 and he has restored three other antique vehicles.

He hauls them to car shows behind a Ford F-350 pickup truck and has a Ford Explorer in the garage.

So he was curious, but skeptical when he got the opportunity to drive an electric vehicle (EV).
