Direct DeviceNet Connectivity (DSNAP)
With IT. DSNAP your motor controller is presented to DeviceNet as a single DeviceNet node. This allows the starter to be controlled and monitored from a PLC or PC based control system over DeviceNet. All monitoring, diagnostic and control capabilities, along with an extended feature set, are now available to DeviceNet.
Integration with
IT. D77 I/O and DeviceNet Adapter (QSNAP)
IT. QSNAP provides the most cost-effective approach to integrate DeviceNet into a motor control solution using multiple IT. Motor Controllers and IT. D77 I/O products. QCPort provides a flexible interconnect of the data and power for all connected devices. The D77 DeviceNet adapter provides the combined data of QSNAP and D77 I/O as a single DeviceNet node to a control PC or PLC.
Simple Mounting and Configuration
IT. SNAP front mounts on the auxiliary contact location of the motor controller, leaving positions available for additional auxiliary contact blocks. A factory provided cable and terminal adapter connects the SNAP to the starter overload relay.
SNAP products are ready to use in basic operation mode with no configuration beyond setting the address switches. For advanced feature set up and on-line monitoring, the CH Studio software package provides an effective, user friendly environment. Alternatively any DeviceNet software tool capable of importing an EDS file can be used to set operating parameters.
