FUSIBLE PANELBOARD / SWITCHBOARD SWITCHES

Fusible Panelboard/Switchboard Switches and Pringle®  Bolted Contact Switches [LINK] are designed for commercial, industrial and service entrance applications to protect and switch feeder and branch circuits.

Eaton’s Cutler-Hammer Type FDPB 200 ampere fusible panelboard units incorporate switching contact structures with an instantaneous trip element. Housed in sheet steel enclosures, the units are designed for installation in PRL-4-F or Type CDP/FDP Distribution Panelboard chassis.

Features:

  • Cover interlock is provided for optimum security
  • Padlockable in the “ON” or “OFF” position.
  • ULT 98 and listed under UL File Number E146549, Volume 1, Section 5

The FDPB 200 Ampere Fusible Panelboard Switches allow for easy factory installation of available shunt trips and auxiliary contacts.

Eaton’s Cutler-Hammer FDPW fusible switches, incorporate a special quick-make, quick-break feature. All switches have an interlock mechanism that prevents the switch cover from being opened wit the switch mechanism in the “ON” position. The interlock can be over-ridden by qualified personnel.  The units are designed for installation in PRL4-F or the type CDP/FDP Distribution Panelboard chassis, also used in switchboards.

All FDPW fusible Switches feature:

  • Interrupting capacity of 200,000A rms symmetrical at 600V Ac
  • Maximum allowable horsepower ratings through 600A
  • Padlockable in the “ON” or “OFF” position.
