EatonCare™ is the customer and sales support organization for Eaton's electrical business' customers, channel partners, and the global sales and solutions field sales organization.  EatonCare was launched on Monday, January 8, 2007 and will continue to drive improvements for all customers.

EatonCare is a foundation to drive increased customer experience and customer value with every Eaton customer encounter.

One component of EatonCare is to better align support resources to customer segments and needs.  Key customer segments include:  OEM, residential/light commercial, commercial construction, industrial, global and Powerware.  For each customer segment, EatonCare provides commercial, technical and pricing support.

EatonCare Technical Resource Center

The Technical Resource Center provides product selection, application, and general technical support for Eaton's electrical products including distribution and residential products, power and logic control, panelboards and switchboards, power quality, automation products, drives, intelligent technology communications, and sensors and limit switches.
