NEW! We are pleased to announce that Control F(x) Version 1.5 is now available. This latest version will support all new and existing Eaton F(x) hardware.

New Features and Support

Many new function blocks have been added in this version.   Highlights of these additions are summarized below.  Please see the Control F(x) Version 1.5 release notes for more details.

• EATON_SINGLE_SOLENOID_ONOFF_VALVE
  This function block can be used to drive standard single solenoid on/off ("bang-bang") valve using one PWM output with current measurement.
  
• EATON_SINGLE_SOLENOID_PROPORTIONAL_VALVE
  This function block can be used to drive standard single solenoid proportional valve using one PWM output with current measurement.
  
• EATON_PWM
  This function block provides an easy-to-use interface for the high-resolution PWM outputs on the EFX controllers.
  
• EATON_GET_PWM_PARAMS
  This function block calculates the parameters needed to configure the EFX low level PWM function based on the requested frequency and selected channel.

Software Registration Instructions

After the software is installed it is necessary to submit your registration to obtain an licensing file to activate the software. Click on the following link to complete the registration. Please allow one business day for processing.  The licensing file will be sent to your email address when your registration has been approved along with instructions on how to complete the software activation.  If you have any questions or require immediate authorization please call the Control F(x) help desk at 1-888-258-0222.

• Before you use your Control F(x)TM software, you must purchase a software license* and complete a short registration procedure.  For details on how to purchase Control F(x)TM, please contact your local Eaton sales representative or distributor.
