Finance and Accounting
Objective:
To develop future finance leaders with a broad understanding of all disciplines of finance and several Eaton businesses.
Candidate Profile:
BA or Master’s in Business, emphasis in Finance or Accounting. Leadership aptitude and desire to build a career in FIN. Authorized to work on an ongoing basis without Visa sponsorship in the country for which they are hired to work for Eaton
Rotation Structure:
3 year program with three 1-year assignments.
Sample Assignments:
Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Auditor, Treasury Analyst,
Sample Post-Program Positions:
Accounting Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Treasury Analyst, SOX Team Lead.
