"To date the GLDP opportunity has surpassed my highest expectations.  In just over a year I have been able to network with colleagues at all levels of the organization, have an impact on the bottom line, learn new skills and industries while supporting global strategic initiatives."

"There's no question joining Eaton's Global Leadership Development Program after business school was the right decision.  The assignments include real responsibilities and accountability for getting results.  Yet the program is flexible enough to ensure participants meet their unique development needs.  Opportunities within the program and upon completion cross all functional areas and levels within Eaton, allowing each participant to customize the program.  I'm looking forward to what my future holds at Eaton."
