Testimonials
Participating in the HR Development Program has provided me with exposure to each functional area of HR. One of the many advantages of being in the program is the opportunity to have a rotation in a corporate setting as well as a plant setting. These environments provide valuable learnings and experiences from a local, functional and group level. Although I am new to my second rotation, which is in a corporate setting, I can tell that this experience partnered with my plant experience will be instrumental to developing and enhancing the skills required of a Human Resources manager.
