Objective:
To develop business-minded IT professionals with leadership capability.

Candidate Profile:
BS in ENG, CS or other technical field. Hands-on experience through previous internships or co-op positions. Demonstrated technical ability in additional to technical coursework. Authorized to work on an ongoing basis without Visa sponsorship in the country for which they are hired to work for Eaton

Rotation Structure:
2 year program with four 6-month assignments. These assignments will be distributed across any of Eaton's business unit facilities, or within the corporate campus.

Sample Assignments:
Business Analyst or Technician focusing database technology, manufacturing system technology, engineering control systems, business intelligence (data mining), finance and human resources. 

Sample Post-Program Positions: 
Business Analyst, Database Analyst, Project Leader, User-Group Manager, Infrastructure Analyst.
