Objective:
The program strengthens participants' marketing and leadership skills while enabling them to contribute to the company's business results.

Candidate Profile
Career aspirations in Marketing plus:

  • US: MBA Graduate with 3-5 years of Marketing Experience.  Work visa sponsorship available for international students.
  • EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa): Master's degree with 3-5 years of marketing experience. EU or Swiss work permit required.
  • AP (Asia Pacific): Bachelor’s degree or above with 2-3 year marketing/engineering/sales experience
Rotation Structure:
  • US = 2 year program with three 8-month assignments.
  • A/P = 2 year program with 3-4 assignments
  • EMEA = 2 year program with 3-4 assignments in 2 different countries

  • Conduct global competitive and market analysis
  • Develop global customer segment strategy
  • Value Proposition Design
  • Gather new product development requirements for proposition
  • Develop go to market strategy
  • Price for Value
  • Conduct product or customer profitability analysis
  • Develop new product pricing strategy
  • Sales Strategy & Management
  • Implement channel improvements
  • Manage creation of large proposals

Sample Post-Program Positions:
Product Managers, Product Line Managers, Product Strategy Managers, Marketing Manager.

Leadership Exposure:
The Marketing Development Program is sponsored by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Other opportunities for leadership exposure include:

  • The interview process is performed by top marketing leaders across the business.
  • While on assignment, you will present to different leaders within their assignment location, the business and appropriate councils.
