Objective:
To develop Supply Chain Management (SCM) professionals with leadership capability.

Candidate Profile:
BA in Business, SCM, Engineering or Finance.  Masters in SCM and MBA also accepted.  Authorized to work on an ongoing basis without Visa sponsorship in the country for which they are hired to work for Eaton - exceptions are considered on a limited basis for limited visa sponsorships.

Rotation Structure:
3 year program with three 1-year assignments.

Sample Assignments:
SCM Project Manager, Buyer, Logistics
Analyst, Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP)

Sample Post-Program Positions:
Senor Buyer, Team Leader-SCM, Manager-SCM, Commodity Manager

Leadership Exposure:
Participants interact with senior SCM leaders 3-4 times a year participants when they meet for training, presentations, and networking. At these meetings, they have the opportunity to present updates to members of the SCM Senior Management Advisory Council (Sr.MAC), and attend informal evening social events.
