Eaton can extend the life of your equipment through modernization, no matter when it was manufactured or how long it has been in service.
Arc flash hazard analysis
Eaton engineers will perform an arc flash hazard analysis of the power system and quantify the release of thermal energy associated with potential arc flash hazards. They will then describe safety recommendations in order to protect workers and equipment based on the analysis.
Training
Eaton offers training for workers to teach them how to spot danger and avoid it. With this knowledge, workers can do a better job of protecting themselves.
Energy audits
Eaton engineers identify wasteful patterns in total energy consumption from all sources—electricity, steam, gas and compressed air—and recommend more efficient solutions to reduce overall energy use.

Integrated Facility Systems switchboards
Eaton’s Integrated Facility Systems switchboards utilize the modular Pow-R-Line C group mounted switchboard design to integrate traditionally separate electrical distribution and control equipment into a single space-saving, factory-assembled and connected package.
Harmonic mitigating transformers
Harmonic mitigating transformers reduce harmful harmonic currents that disrupt the flow of useful energy in a circuit. Fewer harmonics makes energy consumption more efficient, thus reducing overall energy consumption and lowering energy costs.
Lighting control and occupancy sensors
When a room is empty, the lighting control software turns off the lights. Lighting control software also reduces artificial lighting when the natural light is strong, reducing overall energy consumption and costs.

The all-day class featured interactive sessions exploring today’s most important energy topics. The state-of-the-art facility allows participants to test and see firsthand advancements made in the fields of power quality, energy management, power system analysis and alternative energies including solar and electric vehicle charging.
The unique training classes showcase solutions under extreme power system conditions and scenarios in a safe, controlled environment which is an ideal venue for training, testing, and product demonstrations.
