The Pow-R-Command 3000 Lighting Power Reduction Panel is an energy saving device used with new or existing fluorescent lighting systems. It is designed to improve lighting efficiency so your light levels are maintained with less electricity. Keep the lights on and save money at the same time. It includes software compatible with Windows operating systems to control each phase independently and allow users to program lighting changes as timed events.
- Restricts when the ballast may draw power rather than limiting the amount of power the ballast draws, which allows the ballast to get the power it needs when it is efficient to do so and reduces current draw.
- Use of existing T8 ballasts allows quick and easy installation since no special ballast are needed.
- Lower ballast temperatures mean cooling load is reduced and ballasts last longer, offering extra savings.
- One PRC3000 Lighting Power Reduction Panel controls up to 2,000 fixtures for ease and simplicity of use.
- Can be programmed to selectively curtail after-hours lighting levels for even greater savings.
- Electronic bypass is accessible only after removing the outer cover and panel, which are equipped with holes for a security seal. This satisfies utility requirements for energy-saving devices by preventing use of the bypass except in the event of an equipment failure.
