CRISIS RESPONSE
Crisis ResponseSignificant events like hurricanes, floods and explosions can cause facilities to experience enormous loss of property, production and revenue. At Eaton, we know that in the aftermath of such an event, it is essential for facilities to have a recovery plan and the necessary support to ensure that the facility can return to production in a rapid and safe manner.

In the wake of a disaster, speed of response is everything. Eaton can deploy a team of engineers and technicians within hours after a catastrophic event occurs. Because we have service offices strategically located throughout North America and Mexico, we can mobilize and coordinate the experiences and resources needed quickly so that upon arrival we can provide a comprehensive plan for restoration.

Eaton’s Engineering Services provide prompt and expert emergency response and crisis management services whenever and wherever they are needed. In the case where an event is predicted, Eaton works with our customers to prepare for possible destruction and is able to have teams mobilized to be deployed if necessary—allowing for the fastest response time possible.

If an event occurs without warning, Eaton provides an emergency service response line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, Eaton’s Engineering Services are able to provide remote monitoring and predictive maintenance services to assist in foreseeing possible issues in the electrical systems of a facility.

Eaton also has five Aftermarket Centers of Excellence facilities across North America staffed with personnel dedicated to reconditioning and repairing circuit breakers to “like-new” condition.
