Monomer Polymer Production Filters - Eaton Corporation

We offer DCF self-cleaning filters and MCF Magnetically Coupled filter for quench polymer applications. The closed-loop configuration placed prior to in-line strainers is ideal for the removal of rust and scale contaminants. This reduces product rework and scrap, permitting better re-use of expensive quench polymer.

The automatic cleaning process and purge of contaminants means no down-time is required to break the piping and clean an in-line strainer, which in turn reduces labor costs and overall downtime.
