High Efficiency – No Maintenance
Eaton’s Type TS Eaton Gas Liquid Separators automatically remove 99% of all liquid and solid entrainment particles 10 microns in size or larger from air, gas, and steam processes. In addition, they do it with no moving parts to wear out and with no required maintenance.

Exclusive Design
Centrifugal downward motion deflects moisture-laden gas as it enters the inlet of the separator. The entrained solids and moisture droplets separate from the gas by a reduction in velocity. Separated liquid and solids fall into a reservoir where Eaton’s exclusive Vortex Containment Plate (VCP) ensures that they cannot be re-entrained. The Vortex Containment Plate then directs the clean, dry flow to the outlet. The VCP eliminates the need for expensive, delicate baffles used in ordinary separators.

Application Flexibility
Eaton custom fabricates separators to fit the exact requirements of applications requiring unique sizes or piping connections.

Cast or Fabricated Construction
Fabricated Type T Gas Liquid Separators are available from 1” to 24” in carbon steel or cast stainless steel construction sizes. Eaton custom manufacturers fabricated separators to meet exact requirements of special applications or applications where weight is a concern. For standard applications, cast separators are often the best choice. Most standard cast separators are available for shipment from stock.
