The LED light circuit will:

• Reduce energy consumption costs over the life of the LED. The new LED light circuit requires 68% less energy to operate than the twist bulb, and 79% less energy than the compact fluorescent.
• Reduce the costs of replacement parts as the LED life is typically five times greater than that of a comparable compact fluorescent light circuit.
• Reduce negative environment impacts of the disposal of the lights. The LED light is better for the environment as they do not contain mercury found in typical fluorescent bulbs.

These benefits not only mean less environmental impacts, but also obvious money saving benefits for you in lowered replacement costs and labor, and lowered energy consumption costs.

Because of the mercury content in compact fluorescent bulbs, their use and disposal will become more difficult in the future. To date, some states already ban the use of compact fluorescent lights because of their mercury content, while other states mandate proper disposal methods. Our LED driver light assembly does not contain mercury in its assembly, which will help avoid any compliance issues regarding the usage fluorescent bulbs now and in the future.
