Duration: 3 Days

This course package is designed to give each technician in-depth training on the entire Vocational and Performance Transmission drivetrains. This package includes the following courses: Fuller® Vocational Transmissions Service Training, Performance Transmissions Service Training, and Failure Investigation and Analysis Service Training.

This section will increase the technicians understanding of the basic operation of these drivetrains, gear life theory, and product lubrication requirements, while also addressing
product specific failure modes. Maintenance and basic troubleshooting techniques will be discussed as well.

Upon completion of the classroom presentation, the overhaul portion will continue into a hands-on tear down and reassembly of different components of each transmission.
