Power Xpert UX

Eaton’s Power Xpert UX IEC medium-voltage switchgear system can be used for a wide range of power distribution and motor control applications at rated voltages up to 24 kV. The system is available in single and double busbar (duplex) configurations. The Power Xpert UX withdrawable primary switchgear has been designed with safety in mind and offers a reliable and flexible solution with a compact footprint. The compact design of Power Xpert UX relies on two flagship technologies from Eaton's portfolio, namely cast-resin insulation and vacuum interrupters.

Power Xpert UX 36

Power Xpert UX 36 provides reliable power distribution up to 2500A and 31.5kA. The switchgear is rated LSC2B, the highest attainable level for loss of service continuity. Maintenance can be performed safely without powering down, which maximizes uptime. The Power Xpert UX 36 modular design is fully scalable with standard VCB ratings of 1250A and 2500A at 36kV. The system's SF₆-free technology allows for minimal environmental impact and total cost of ownership.

Power Xpert FMX

Power Xpert FMX is Eaton's IEC single busbar medium voltage switchgear using solid and air insulation. The system provides reliable switching, protection, metering and distribution of electrical energy up to 24 kV and 2000 A. Power Xpert FMX consists of metal-enclosed modular compact panels of minimum 500 mm. The 12 and 24 kV versions are both accommodated in the same compact housing.

Power Xpert XGIS gas-insulated, medium-voltage switchgear

Eaton’s Power Xpert XGIS gas-insulated switchgear is constructed with the majority of the medium-voltage parts fix-mounted and contained in a laser-welded, stainless steel, SF6-filled tank, suitable for withstanding harsh, corrosive environments. The Power Xpert XGIS MV switchgear delivers an option that is small in size and big in value, with high reliability and enhanced safety to support industrial, oil & gas, data centre, utility, mining and infrastructure segments. The enhanced safety, small footprint and virtually maintenance-free design of Eaton’s GIS helps to lower ownership cost and optimise ROI.
