Green | Pulse | EV charger is expecting user input (via app) to initiate a charging session. |
Red | Solid | EV charger has a fault. Try restarting the charger from fusebox. Call support if fault persist. |
Red | Blink | The action has failed. Please try again, call support if issue persists. |
Blue | Solid | The charging session is finished. The car battery is full or reached the limit you set in the car. |
Blue | Pulse | The charging session is initializing, please wait. |
Blue | Progress | Charging session is in progress. Session information available on app. |
Orange | Progress | An update is in progress. |
White + red dot | Blink | Network error, the EV charger cannot connect to the Internet or the backend. Please if the EV charger is connected and password has not been changed. |
