UPS maintenance refers to the activity customer is performing as part of their maintenance plan. Customer can choose his favorite time for performing the ordinary maintenance, while it is proven that running more than one maintenance per year may drastically improve the Mean Time Between failure of the UPS.
Emergency response refers to Eaton solutions to react to malfunctions. According to the criticality of his equipment, the customer can choose different coverage window and response time.
