Fuses

Eaton’s Bussmann® series Electric Vehicle (EV) fuses for vehicle systems 500 V d.c. and 1000 V d.c. include fuse ratings up to 1000 A. Higher voltage and current ratings are available as custom solutions.

Fuses for charging (on-board charger, DC/DC charger) and power protection (battery, inverter) are available as 20, 25 and 30 mm diameter and up to square body sizes 1 and 2.

10mm ferrule, bolt-on or PCB terminal fuses for auxiliary systems (DC/DC inverter, heater, …) complete the offer for a full range of fused EV protection.
