Uvaferm Exence

Uvaferm Exence is a special dry active yeast selection of Stellenbosch University and Lallemand Oenology. By natural crossing of yeast strains, a yeast with increased aroma has been developed. The yeast strain supports the increased formation of thiol compounds which is particularly desirable in the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety.
