Tests and compliance for quality above standards

Customers light engineering requirements are fully tested at in-house lighting laboratory and newly developed products are exposed to extreme conditions and life cycle testing.

Eaton’s internal testing capabilities enable outstanding internal requirements and tests. Eaton’s laboratory is fully equipped with devices for performance and realiability testing (EMC tests, leakage failure tests, Electrostatic discharge, radiated emissions and conducted emissions, glow wire tests, dust chamber, IP and IK testing, integration sphere for fl ux measurement, etc.).

All newly developed products are also exposed to extreme conditions and like cycle testing through real time outdoor aging tests, accelerated aging test with UV expositions, climatic chamber, exposition to 70°C for one year. Vibration tests are also carried out in order to be sure that our products will resist to transportation.
