  • Carbon steel material

Dura-seal technology

Class " 0 " leakage protection. This patent-pending innovation from Eaton eliminates hose assembly cool-down leakage, while extending hose assembly life, reducing equipment down-time.

PTFE hose fittings (FC series, E series)

04E-505_C (500x500_72dpi).jpg

Applications: General purpose low- and medium-pressure hydraulics.

Advantages: Wide selection of hose and end configurations allowing for a diverse number of applications where hose compatibility is a problem.

Lorry and fuel fittings (FJ series, 069 E series)

06910E-108_C (500x500_72dpi).jpg

Applications: General purpose low- and medium-pressure hydraulics. Generally used for lorry and off-road vehicle applications.

Advantages: Wide selection of hose and end configurations allowing for a diverse number of applications.

757 E Series fittings

75700E-Z00_C (500x500_72dpi).jpg

Applications: Used with R134a and R1234yf applications. Ideal for heavy-duty lorry use as well as industrial and automotive applications.

Advantages: Wide selection of hose ends which include the flareless ends, allowing use of existing tubing. Steel hose ends handle heavy-duty demands.

1G crimp fittings (OTC Sockets)

1GA4MP4 fitting

Applications: Designed for lower pressure and suction hose applications.

Advantages: Now with Dura-Kote plating technology for up to 1,000 hours of corrosion resistance. A captive nut eliminates the weak spots found in other fittings. And it evenly distributes the force applied during assembly, helping to prevent cracks and leaks that halt workflows and lead to unplanned downtime.

Conv-O-Crimp Fittings

The unique Everflex Conv-O-Crimp hose end are shipped with factory-installed Teflon™ fluoropolymer sleeves on the insert. This eliminates the time consuming, costly and subjective step of wrapping the hose end with Teflon tape before assembly. The result is a hose assembly system that is second to none in ease of assembly fabrication. “Teflon is a trademark of The Chemours Company FC, LLC used under licence by Eaton”

Corrosion spreads – choose your components wisely!

In a 650 hours salt spray test Eaton’s family of components showed no corrosion migration in comparison to an assembly that combined an Eaton fitting with competitor components. This test illustrates why it is so important to choose Eaton components for your entire hose assembly.

Dura-Kote plating advantage

Eaton hose fittings now come with Dura-Kote plating, which gives you up to 1,000 hours of corrosion resistance. Dura-Kote is an innovative plating technology offers more corrosive protection for longer life, lower replacement costs and improved appearance. This corrosion protection decreases the likelihood of leaking, which means less equipment downtime and greater productivity. Plus, there are no compatibility issues with Dura-Kote plating. The Eaton hose fittings you rely on today will look, feel and perform exactly the same.

  • Same form and functional capabilities
  • Same torque values and pressure ratings
  • Same silver appearance
  • Same procedures for assembly
