EF-MPS - Public address & voice alarm desktop microphone range

The EF-MPS range consists of flexible paging microphones which enable the user to provide live, store-and-forward, and recorded message broadcasts into user selected zones. The range also provides EN54 compliant emergency functions and all EN54 mandatory indicators and controls.

Within the range, the EF-MPS10/20/30/40/50 units each consist of an EF-MPS01 sloping desk console with a flexible goose-neck paging microphone, graphic LCD display, and silent operation ‘Touch to Talk’ touchpad PTT button, together with one or more additional EF-MPX10 zone selection and control button modules. The number of additional buttons depends on the model: EF-MPS10 has 10 selectable buttons, and EF-MPS50 has 50 buttons.

The range can be connected directly to either one or two EFDAU2000 Wall Mounted Voice Alarm panels using analogue audio and a serial link. If required, there is also an RJ45 Ethernet IP interface with the option of a ‘Power over Ethernet’ connection to EFDAU2000 panels.

The quickest way to evacuate a building

According to the British Standards Association (BSI), live announcements are the fastest way to evacuate people who are unfamiliar with a building. Due to the power of the spoken message confirming the validity of the emergency, live announcements remove the "false alarm" mentality making PAVA microphones an essential part of any evacuation system.

Up to 50 selection buttons, EN54 approved by an external testing body

The EF-MPS range includes the option to have 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 EN54 certified selection buttons dependent on the building size and public address requirements.

Design a voice alarm system to suit your building's requirements

If required, there is also an RJ45 Ethernet IP interface with the option of a ‘Power over Ethernet’ connection to EFDAU2000 panels. All interconnecting cabling and the microphone capsule are continuously monitored.
