Craig Arnold is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton, a power management company.
Arnold became chairman and CEO on 1st June 2016. He was appointed a member of the company’s board of directors and named Eaton’s President and Chief Operating Officer on 1st September 2015.
Previously, he was Vice-Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, Industrial Sector, from February 2009 to August 2015. Arnold joined Eaton in 2000 as Senior Vice-President and Group Executive of the Fluid Power Group.
Arnold previously worked at General Electric Company where he had served as Corporate Vice-President and President of GE Lighting Services Ltd since 1999.
At GE he led the company’s lighting business in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
Arnold started his professional career with General Electric in 1983 and later served as Corporate Vice-President and President of GE Plastics, Greater China and then of GE Appliances, Asia from 1997 to 1999.
Arnold received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, San Bernardino and a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.
He currently serves on the board of directors of Medtronic, Inc. and University Hospitals Health System, Cleveland. Additionally, he is a member of the Business Roundtable and the Business Council and the board of directors of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, United Way of Greater Cleveland and the advisory board of the Salvation Army of Greater Cleveland.
Richard H. Fearon is Vice-Chairman and Chief Financial and Planning Officer and a member of the board of directors of Eaton Corporation.
In this role, he has responsibility for the accounting, control, corporate development, information systems, internal audit, investor relations, strategic planning, tax and treasury functions. Fearon joined Eaton in 2002.
Prior to Eaton, Fearon worked at several large diversified companies, including the Transamerica Corporation in San Francisco, NatSteel Ltd in Singapore and the Walt Disney Company in Burbank. Fearon’s prior work experience also includes the Boston Consulting Group, Booz Allen Hamilton and Willow Place Partners.
Fearon received a bachelor of arts degree in economics, with distinction, from Stanford University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He later received a master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker scholar, and a Juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School. Fearon is a member of the California Bar.
Fearon sits on the boards of PolyOne Corporation, where he serves as the Lead Director; The Playhouse Square Foundation; the Cleveland Museum of Art; and Manufacturers Alliance, a trade organisation of leading manufacturing companies.
Heath Monesmith is President and Chief Operating Officer, Industrial Sector, for Eaton, a power management company.
Monesmith is responsible for the company’s Aerospace, Hydraulics, Vehicle, Filtration, eMobility and Golf Pride businesses as well as the company’s operations in the Asia-Pacific, Central and South American regions.
Prior to his current position, Monesmith served in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in the Eaton Law Department, most recently as the company’s Executive Vice-President and General Counsel. In this role, he oversaw all Eaton legal matters, leading a global team of lawyers, professional and support staff. He also served as counsel to the Board of Directors and advised the board on legal and governance matters.
Monesmith joined the company in 2012 as part of the Cooper Industries acquisition. Beginning in 2006, he served in a variety of roles at Cooper Industries including Vice-President, Chief Legal Counsel, Litigation, and Executive Vice-President, Human Resources.
Before joining Cooper Industries, Monesmith was a partner at the K&L Gates law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Monesmith holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University, a law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
Monesmith serves on the Board of Trustees for Playhouse Square. He is also a graduate of Leadership Cleveland 2018.
Uday Yadav is President and Chief Operating Officer, Electrical Sector, for Eaton, a power management company.
In this role, Yadav is responsible for the company’s global electrical business and has corporate responsibility for Eaton’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Most recently, Yadav served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company’s Industrial Sector as well as the company’s operations in the Asia Pacific, Central and South American regions.
Since joining Eaton in 1999, Yadav has served as President of the company’s Aerospace Group, Executive Vice-President of the Eaton Business System, President of the Asia-Pacific region for the Hydraulics Group, Vice-President of supply chain management for the Fluid Power Group, Director and General Manager of Eaton’s Global Hose Division and Local Managing Director for Eaton in India. In addition, he has held leadership positions in the Automotive Fluid Connectors business and Aeroquip’s European operations.
Prior to joining Eaton, Yadav worked with Lucas Engineering and Systems and Aeroquip Vickers.
Yadav holds a double degree with honours in engineering and business from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom.
Yadav is a member of the Board of Directors of Hopewell, which provides an opportunity for adults with serious mental illness to experience a self-reliant and satisfying life through participation in a vibrant residential therapeutic farm community.
