Supporting development of critical healthcare infrastructure

The COVID-19 crisis is placing unprecedented demands on healthcare organisations across Europe and the United Kingdom, driving an urgent need to rapidly expand capacity. Eaton stands ready to offer free engineering expertise to government agencies and contractors to help with the development of critical electrical infrastructure.

Supporting local response to the healthcare crisis

We know the UK Government and the NHS are racing to bring new testing centres online, open new super-hospitals, convert available space and more. In this demanding time, specialist expertise, responsiveness and capability are of vital importance. For this reason, Eaton is prioritising requests for support relating to critical care and medical equipment. Eaton has the capacity to meet those requirements and is actively supporting several critical healthcare projects across Europe today.

As one of the world’s largest providers of electrical power infrastructure, Eaton stands ready to offer support in the form of electrical and application engineering expertise.

Eaton provides always-on power for essential electrical systems and data services and can support healthcare capacity needs with on-time project construction, as well as a large range of emergency audible and visual notification appliances. As an example, we played a key role working with electrical contractors and distributors to build two new field hospitals in Wuhan, China.
