Choose your X10 in 4 easy steps

With 144 combinations, X10 has the right configuration for your specification

The X10 is the leading sounder beacon range for flexibility and choice. It offers 144 different combinations across AC and DC low voltage and AC mains, a choice of 102 tones and 6 different modular colour LED beacons.

Select a beacon depending on your sound output needs, then review which of the 4 housing colours fits your specification, red, white, dark or light grey, choose what voltage is needed and finally pick the beacon colour that you want.

Step 1 - Size

Choose what size you want from a Mini, Midi or Maxi which between them offer 102 different tones each with adjustable volumes of between 90 to 120dB for you to select from.

Step 2 - Housing colour

Choose between white, light grey, dark grey and red housing colours dependent on your application.

Step 3 - Voltage

Cover all the standard voltage options with X10. Each version is available in low voltage options in DC (10-60V) and AC (10-30V) and in AC Mains voltages of 115V or, by simply flicking a switch, 230V.

Step 4 - LED Easy-fit beacon colour

Each body can be fitted with any one of six different coloured LED beacons. For the X10 Mini and X10 Midi, it’s fast to fit by simply clicking it into place and turning the locking screw. Inside the beacon is a set of sprung contacts to ensure a secure connection, which is ideal if vibration needs to be considered in your specification.

For the Maxi version, tightening the 4 saltwater grade stainless steel 316 retaining screws does the same job. The Maxi is different because of its size and the need to ensure rigidity to achieve IP69K. Whatever size you choose, the beacon is quick to fit and quick to replace if it gets damaged or you simply want to change the use of the beacon and create a different warning signal.

X10 offers you the largest range of voltage, sound output, flash or tone combinations currently available. If you have an eye on your inventory costs, the flexibility of the X10 beacon system means you can hold minimal stocks with maximum flexibility.

For retrofit you can replace existing products with Din tones, so X10 is ideal for both new and existing sounder beacon installations.

X10 for new projects is simple to fit and commission

Pre-drilled M20 cable entries save time and reduce the risk of damaging the IP69k product. It comes complete with IP69K blanks for additional flexibility. All the information to commission the system is in the manual.

And it’s easy to retrofit to an existing installation

With the X10 range, you are no longer constrained by the choice of your existing sounder, giving you opportunities to upgrade features and save money. There are four different ways to control the stages that are selected by a series of jumpers, choose from positive polarity, negative polarity, low voltage trigger or reverse polarity.
