Solista LX - Wall & ceiling fire visual alarm device (VAD)

The Fulleon Solista LX visual alarm device (VAD) is an EN54-23 rated fire alarm beacon. Achieved through its unique lens design which distributes light in a highly controlled pattern, it achieves the required illumination specific by EN54-23 while drawing a low current consumption.

Taking its design principles from the popular Solista Maxi, the Solista LX is compact and slim; blending in when it's not required and standing out when it is. Now in its second generation, it features soft-start technology enabling the maximum product loading and protection against overloading and fault.

Extensively certified globally to a number of 3rd party bodies including NF, VdS, CNBoP and AS. A number of options are available in the range to customise Solista LX to your requirements, including wall or ceiling (designed for installation up to 3m), red or white body colour, 1Hz or 0.5Hz flash rate and 5 base options.

Visual alarm device certified to EN54-23
High precision custom polycarbonate optics
Maximum line loading through soft-start technology

Low current, maximum coverage with Eaton's "fit & forget" patented lens

The patented long life LED lens optics used in the LX have been developed specifically for the VAD EN54-23 standard.

It uses modern 'thick-mould' injection moulding techniques and innovative cylindrical output to achieve the correct level of illumination while keeping power consumption as low as possible.

Minimise installation costs with maximum line loading

The 2nd generation of the LX now incorporates soft-start technology. This innovative feature constantly monitors the available voltage to give zero start up surge on the line, allowing maximum product loading. It can also detect line overloading and will indicate the fault with a rapid double flash.

Adapt to suit - installations have limitations, customise your device to meet them

Available in red or white housing, red or white flash ( 1Hz or 0.5Hz rate), wall or ceiling, high or low power and with 5 different base options that offer a range of conduit, ingress and aesethic choices. You can easily design your fire device to meet your exact requirements.

A history built on innovation and engineering excellence

From its inception in 1980, Fulleon’s core competency has been the development of cost effective fire notification devices, providing maximum output with minimum power consumption. From the original Roshni sounder, with its rocking armature transducer, to the piezoelectric Symphoni sounder, and the unique LED LX beacon, we have developed a solid reputation for innovative design and engineering excellence.

Certified to EN54 - the life saving fire standard

EN54 is the mandatory European Standard for all components within a fire alarms systems. In fact it has been adopted by countries around the world thanks to its stringent manufacturing quality audits and battery of laboratory product tests. You can bet your life that our EN54 certified products will alert when it matters most.

As one of the first certified EN54-23 VAD products on the market, the LX range has led the way in innovation. Now in it's 2nd generation, and with the integration of multiple addressable protocols, the LX range continues to be the preferred VAD

Clear visual notification during an emergency; approved to EN54-23

VADs provide a clear signal of evacuation for any occupant that may not be alerted by an audible alarm due to working in a noisy environment like a factory, if they are hard of hearing or increasingly in office and educational environments due to wearing headphones.

Bespoke engineering for OEM applications

One of our principles in the development of a new product is diversity – we aim to create a standalone product which has the ability to integrate OEM interfaces and protocols to create a custom addressable solution. Our Research and Development team has worked with multiple OEM customers and engineers in the project management, hardware / firmware design, and certification process to create a design which incorporates into any OEM fire system.
