Eaton Highlights North American Production Capabilities with the Manufacturing Launch of the New CLS Load Sense Mobile Valve Line

Date: 9/11/2017

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. … Power management company Eaton showcased its line of CLS Load Sense Sectional Mobile Valves at its Searcy, Arkansas, manufacturing facility on August 22. For more than 50 years, the Searcy facility has manufactured a variety of mobile and industrial valves, now including the CLS100 valve, which was highlighted during an open house event. Eaton showcased the state-of-the-art manufacturing and quality controls of their newest load sense mobile valve line.

“This first look at Eaton’s CLS North American production capabilities is evidence of the promising growth and development of our CLS mobile valve portfolio and Eaton’s continued commitment to leading product development and solutions that serve our key mobile markets,” said Nadine Powell, global controls product manager, Eaton’s Hydraulics Group. “The open house allowed Eaton to showcase the local engineering resources in Searcy that continually work with manufacturing to enhance design and production of the CLS product line.”

CLS Sectional Mobile Valves, one of the newest load sensing valves on the market, offer load sense bleed off, pre- and post-compensated load sense relief on each section, and a highly modular design with one of the smallest envelopes in the industry.

Built for mobile, off-highway equipment, including excavators, refuse trucks, forklifts, truck-mounted cranes, forestry and agricultural machinery and marine equipment, CLS Sectional Mobile Valves allow end users to prioritize work functions to improve productivity, machine efficiency and safety.
