Seismic Anchors

Eaton offers a wide variety of seismic anchors for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection applications. Whether it is a concrete ceiling, metal deck, or retrofit installation, Eaton has an anchor solution. For help selecting the best anchor for your application, contact our Seismic engineering team for assistance.

ACB series – concrete screw bolts

One piece heavy-duty anchor with a finished hex-head. The fast install design and feature to immediately load reduces downtime on the job site.

AWSD series - seismic wedge anchors

Fully threaded, torque-controlled, wedge anchor is designed for consistent performance in cracked and uncracked concrete. For use in concrete, structural sand lightweight concrete, and concrete over metal deck.

ACPW series – Wood-Knocker concrete inserts

Used to install onto wooden forms used to support newly poured concrete floor slabs, roof slabs or walls. When the forms are stripped, the color-coded flange is visibly embedded in the concrete surface. Color coded flanges help easily indentify anchor size while on the job site.

ACPD series – Bang-It anchors

Designed for installation in metal composite deck used to support newly poured concrete floors or roof slabs. After installation, the protective sleeve of the insert protrudes below the surface of the deck, allowing overhead attachment of threaded rod. Color coded sleeves help easily identify anchor size while on the job site.

ATM series - self-tapping machine screw anchors

For use in normal-weight concrete, structural sand lightweight concrete and concrete over metal deck. Its design allows for shallow embedment and mechanically interlocks with the base material. The internally threaded anchor allows for easy adjustment and removability of threaded rod or bolt.

Fig. 109DD concrete insert

The Fig. 109DD is used in concrete-filled metal deck assemblies applications. Once installed, the threaded male hanger of the insert protrudes below the surface of the deck. The threaded bolt can be adjusted to the precise height requirements to help guarantee the minimum embedment depth.

OSPHD OPM-0052-13 Pre-Approval

Our OSPHD OPM-0052-13 pre-approval features TOLCO seismic products and B-Line series products for California Building Code 2013 and 2016, and International Building Code 2012 and 2015. Utilize our pre-approved seismic engineering guidelines to assist with your next project design, bracing layout, and submittal package for piping, ducts, conduits, cable trays and other systems. TOLCO seismic engineers helped to develop OPM testing methods with OSHPD and is the only pre-approval to include cable tray hold down clamps.
