EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., … Power management company Eaton will highlight its range of hydraulic and vehicle electrical solutions at the 2020 International Fluid Power Exposition (IFPE). At its booth, S80231, Eaton will demonstrate how its products are empowering a new generation of intelligent platforms. Co-located with CONEXPO-CON/AGG, IFPE takes place March 10-14, 2020, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“Autonomy, IoT, electrification and other technologies are providing endless opportunities to increase machine differentiation and value. As a result, original equipment manufacturers are increasingly becoming smart technology companies,” said Paulo Ruiz, president, Hydraulics Group, Eaton. “Whether differentiating platforms with advanced functions or blended power, Eaton is helping OEMs take that next step. We look forward to demonstrating our solutions at IFPE.”
The Dynamic Machine Control (DMC) display will highlight the integration of hydraulic, electronic and mechanical components to create intelligent subsystems that dynamically adapt and respond. Representing today’s hydraulics, the display will show visitors how DMC can deliver performance improvements that differentiate platforms and create a competitive advantage.
Representing the future of hydraulics, the Blended Power display will demonstrate Eaton’s machine electrification solutions. Visitors will learn how products from Eaton’s Hydraulics and eMobility businesses enable efficient load and motion control while reducing fuel consumption and engine size.
Visitors will also be invited to experience Eaton’s steer-by-wire demonstrator. Sitting in the driver’s seat, they’ll learn how features such as multiple steering inputs, variable operating modes and removal of hydraulics from the cab can improve operator comfort, safety and productivity.
