Eaton’s Cooper Power series 600 A, 15 and 25 kV Cleer loadbreak technology offers both a visible break and visible ground without having to de-energize the system, unbolt 600 A terminations, or move heavy cables.
Legacy Cleer loadbreak connectors are a proven way to isolate underground cable with the system energized or de-energized. Variable junctions are used to establish loops, taps, splices, and facilitate apparatus changeouts with mixed interface, in-line junctions. Combining these two products allows for new, customizable multi-point junction solutions that have been backed by proven technology. Additional 600 Amp Cleer accessories such as grounding equipment, standoff bushings, and protective caps are available to help outfit complete solutions for utility grids.
Provide a visible break and visible ground on 600 A network and distribution systems with 15 and 25 kV Cleer loadbreak connectors
Establish loops, taps, splices and facilitate apparatus changeouts with 200 A and 600 A, 15 and 25 kV class in-line variable junctions
Cleer C-connectors coupled with variable junction busbars provide solutions for looping, tapping, switching and sectionalizing
Mates directly to Cleer 600 A loadbreak interfaces after a visible break has been made.
Double interface for temporary parking of Cleer C-connector.
Electronically insulate and mechanically seal Cleer loadbreak interfaces.
Used to increase fault ratings on Cleer systems.
