Emergency and storm order process information

  • Contact your inside sales representative or after-hours support
  • Purchase orders must be submitted through order center, EDI or email.  
  • Call us when you submit your order to ensure expedited processing
  • To ensure priority service, non-stock orders will be charged a minimum 10% Emergency Expedite Fee 

Purchase order requirements

  • Purchase order issued to Cooper Power Systems, LLC
  • PO must state Emergency/Storm Order
  • Specify preferred shipping method: Next day air (provide shipping account information), dedicated truck or direct factory shipment
  • Shipping location and terms: prepay plant, destination or collect
  • Receiving contact name and phone number
  • Federal Tax ID number (required for shipments direct out of Mexico)
