Software for creating quotations, orders, product configuration and design of Eaton switchboards.

The software allows the following:

1. Create a list of products: 
   1. Selection from the Eaton product database:
      • From the database tree based on its technical parameters;
      • From a data table based on the type designation (ordering number).
   2. Possibility to create assemblies:
      • Accessories can be connected to the basic device;
      • For certain product groups, the relations between the basic device and the accessories are checked.
   3. Possibility to insert a third-party product (i.e. a product supplied by a provider other than Eaton).
   4. Create a list of products through import from XLS, XLSX, or CSV files.
2. Design distribution boards: 
   1. Semi-automated design in graphics:
      • Global-Line, Xboard compact distribution boxes;
      • Profi Plus low-voltage distribution boards;
      • XVTL stand-alone distribution boxes.
   2. The front view of the designed distribution board and a profile drawing are generated for all distribution board systems.
   3. For the stand-alone distribution boxes, it is possible to make a switchgear drawing.
   4. Design the interior configuration of the distribution board: insert mounting rails, cable ducts, electric meter troughs, cover plates, ….
   5. Fit devices into the distribution boards. Devices can be selected from database in the same manner as when creating a list of products.
   6. Possibility to insert free graphics (line, circle, rectangle, text, dimension), with the possibility of their subsequent editing.
   7. Calculate the temperature rise in distribution boards.
   8. Calculate the weight of the distribution board.
   9. Draw wiring diagrams for simple installations, such as houses, flats, and so on.
3. Create documentation: 
   1. Prepare price information, technical specifications, offers or orders:
      • Adjust the list prices by means of a price coefficient;
      • Set discounts and surcharges for particular product groups;
      • Set individual discounts or fixed end prices for different products;
       • Use a fixed total price for projects.
   2. Set additional project parameters, such as the address of the elaborator and the material recipient (customer). Create a database of material recipients.
   3. Print the list of products to printer in the form of a structured or summary list. The structured list includes graphically highlighted relations between the basic device and the accessories.
   4. Export the list of products to Excel in the form of a structured or summary list.
   5. Export the list of products to PDF.
   6. Print the dimensional drawing of the designed distribution board.
   7. Export the dimensional drawing to PDF and/or DXF.
4. User interface: 
   1. Parallel editing of several projects possible.
   2. Up to 99 objects (material lists and/or distribution boards) can be included in each project.
   3. Possibility to select the software language version. The product description corresponds to the selected software language version.
5. Database: 
   1. The database includes the Eaton product range offered in the relevant region. Relation check is available for power circuit-breakers.
   2. Possibility to export the database or a part thereof to MS Excel.
   3. The database and the software itself are updated automatically from the Eaton website.

Hardware and software requirements:

1. PC, 1GB and higher RAM, graphics with a minimum resolution of 1024x768, monitor, mouse or another pointing device, output printing device.
2. At least 5GB of available hard disk space.
3. Installed .NET Framework 4.5.2, Access Database Engine 2016.
4. Operating system: Windows 8, Windows 10.

1. The licence for the use of the software system is provided for a limited period of time. The licence is provided by Eaton Elektrotechnika s.r.o., the holder of exclusive rights to the software.
