Eaton's FP3 low profile, high current power inductors are designed utilizing high temperature iron powder alloy material with a non-organic binder to eliminate thermal aging. The FP3 family is magnetically shielded with low EMI and is in a 7.25 mm x 6.7 mm surface mount package in a 3.0 mm height. Inductance ranges from 0.1 uH to 15 uH with current rating up to 34.7 Adc. FP3 power inductors can be used in several applications including Voltage Regulator Modules (VRMs), multi-phase regulators, desktop and server VRMs and EVRDs, notebook and laptop regulators, battery power systems, graphics cards and Point-of-load modules (POLs).
