Warranty request
By clicking submit, the completed warranty form will be sent to the Aerospace warranty gatekeeper. Alternatively, customers can email the form and documents to AerospaceWarranty@eaton.com with any additional attachments needed for Eaton's review.
Eaton will acknowledge receipt of the warranty claim form.
The supporting Eaton site will validate and process the claim. The customer will then receive an approved credit memo, a request for more information, or a claim denial.
This form can also be used for performance and investigative claims.

Claims due to Operator misuse, abuse, damage caused by improper maintenance, handling, shipping or acts of God will be rejected.
All information must be accurate and complete. Insufficient information may cause delays in our investigation and may void a claim and termination of liability resulting in a rejection of the claim.
Situations in which failure analysis is performed, and no fault is found you may be assessed a fee.
