RMA – Return Material Authorisation for Emergency Lighting Products
If you have received a product you wish to return to Eaton, please proceed as follows. Please note that this service is only available for emergency lighting products sourced from an authorised Eaton sales partner.
Completely fill out this Word document and send the completed file (.doc) as an e-mail attachment to: RMA_CE@ceag.de (please do not use PDF or another format)
After Eaton has received the RMA request, receipt is usually confirmed within 3 days by Eaton, authorisation is given and an RMA ID is sent.
Please write this RMA ID clearly on the dispatch packaging. Material without an RMA ID will not be accepted.
After receipt of goods, Eaton (CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH) will process your request according to your specifications on the returned goods form.
