BiWire two-wire system external relay module

The BiWire output relay module provides a simple means of interfacing BiWire systems with external equipment, such as door retainers and nursing equipment. It is simple to install and can provide additional flexibility to an installer, as external switching can be achieved without having to wire back to the main fire alarm control panel. The module range is available in 24V and 230V variants.

Connect Eaton fire systems to plant control, nurse call systems or door retainers

The BiWire external relay unit has been designed with the ability to switch mains, which makes the unit ideal for plant control and nurse call systems. When the unit is paired with Eaton's door retainers it can, subject to local standards, automatically close doors with a self-closing mechanism in case of emergencies such as a fire alarm activation.
