The RMQ compact solution devices meet the requirements of harsh industrial environments. Thanks to their high degree of protection both at the front and the back, they can be installed directly on the machine. An enclosure can be used, for additional protection, against the ingress of dust, water, cleaning agents and other fine particles.

The compact emergency-stop solution for harsh environments

The emergency-stop buttons of the RMQ compact solution family are the ideal solution wherever remote emergency-stop functions are required. Thanks to their high degree of protection both at the front and the back, the emergency-stop buttons can be installed inside a busy working environment, e.g., next to wood working machines or machine tools that are sensitive to fine dust particles or liquids.

Thanks to Eaton’s modular system, the dimensions, materials and colors of the front elements can be adapted to your specific application. The RMQ compact solution is available in mounting diameter 22 mm and 30mm.

Rapid detection of machine states, thanks to the many different color options of the MCI Multicolor Light Indicator

The RMQ compact Multicolor light indicator enables the visualization of different machine states using up to 5 colors and 2 different flash settings. Where several devices were previously required, a single multicolor LED element can now display all the required signals.

The configurator will help you select and combine the various pilot devices of the RMQ family. Thanks to the integrated label editor, it is possible to individually adapt the RMQ pilot devices flexibly, quickly, and at low cost. The label editor supports the creation of customer- and project-specific inscriptions.
