PDUs (Metered Input; Switched or Managed)

Eaton Managed rack PDUs, allow you to monitor and control critical factors such as voltage, current and power factor. This enables you to make the right decision when it comes to energy consumption in your data centre. Our most advanced switched PDUs also feature remote on/off socket switching to enable you to reboot connected equipment and to turn off unused outlets to prevent unauthorised use.

IPM software Managed and/or Understand Edition

Intelligent Power Manager (IPM) comes in three editions:

The Understand Edition allows operators of IT rooms and data centers to understand and monitor power, environmental and physical capacity metrics. Plan changes anticipate challenges and make intelligent management decisions to optimize efficiency and ensure business continuity.

The Manage Edition provides the tools needed to manage and update power devices and to define basic business continuity policies with host level actions in your physical or virtual IT environment.

The Optimize Edition provides the most complete set of capabilities for implementing power management strategies in virtual and hybrid environment. In addition to the Manage Edition feature set, IPM Optimize includes the ability to define advanced business continuity policies with VM level actions as well as to monitor third-party UPSs and trigger business continuity policies from 3rd party UPS events (RFC 1628 MIB). Trial Licenses are available upon request. Please contact your local Eaton account representative or support team to obtain a trial license.

RA IT racks

Designed for fast and easy set-up, the RA Series rack has features IT specialists need in an affordable ready-to-go rack system. Standard builds include load bearing castors (500kg dynamic load), jacking feet, locking front and rear doors, locking side panels, U-markings front and rear, 2 x 100mm cable trays in rear, 2 brush cable access points at top, baying kit and earth kit.
