During the interview we want to learn all about you. We want to better understand more about who you are and the experiences, capabilities and skills you have. To accomplish this in a short amount of time, we follow an interview process that enables you to share real life examples with us. As we discuss various situations and experiences you have had, using the STAR method we will follow the format below:

• Situation - set the scene for what was happening in your example
• Task - describe your responsibility in the situation
• Action - explain the steps you took to solve the problem
• Result - share the outcomes of the actions you took and the learnings you had

Get to know the interviewers

Knowing who the interviewer is can help you understand the role this person plays in the recruitment process and in the company. In most cases, you should receive the interviewers' names while scheduling the interview. If not, you can always ask your recruiter. Reviewing the interviewers' Linkedin profiles will help you understand their expertise areas and help you prepare your questions about the job.
