Askari Panel & Flange - Panel & equipment sounders

The Fulleon Askari Panel is a compact sounder, designed to fit through the fascias of control panels or equipment housings. The single nut fixing ensures simple installation and maximum audibility.

The small size of the Fulleon Askari Flange allows it to be surface mounted in almost any location, either within or external to equipment housings. Often, the Askari Flange is fitted within or on control cabinets.

Both have high IP ratings enabling them to be used in most environments.

Good things come in small packages

Despite its small size, the Askari range offers a variety of 'big' benefits. Designed for challenging process and industrial environments, it is constructed from tough ABS plastic with its components encapsulated in resin for enhanced robustness. It is also rated to IP65 and can operate in -25°C to +70°C.

Whether it's to be installed inside or outside process equipment housing, it can easily meet your project challenges.

Versatility is part of the process

The Askari comes with 32 tones and offers a wide operating voltage range of 9-28V & 24V AC. This, along with its compactness and ease of installation, makes both the panel and flange variants suitable for clear notification in industrial and process control applications across the globe.

Discreet integration into any system

The Askari range has been developed to allow the integration of a powerful robust sounder into a control system. The panel product is fitted by inserting the sounder nose through a 26mm hole in a fascia and securing with the supplied collar. Whilst the flange product can be surface mounted using its integrated mounting flanges.

Commonly integrated into power station control panels, railway signalling applications, pedestrian crossings and security panels. The Askari has found favour in a multitude of applications.

One of our principles in the development of a new product is diversity – we aim to create a standalone product which has the ability to integrate OEM interfaces and protocols to create a custom addressable solution. Our Research and Development team has worked with multiple OEM customers and engineers in the project management, hardware / firmware design, and certification process to create a design which incorporates into any OEM fire system.
