Memshield 3 delivers safe, reliable and high performance protection of electrical power distribution systems in accordance with BS EN 61439.

  • Unique ‘full form’ blanking modules for unused MCB ways, provides secure shrouding of unused busbar stabs for increased electrical safety
  • Blanking modules have interlinking form for improved positional security
  • Main busbar is removable for flexible installation/Removable busbar assembly to assist installation
  • Associated devices are high performance MCBs, developed for commercial and industrial applications, dual rated at 10 kA IEC – 60898 & 15 kA IEC 60947-2 in B, C or D curve
  • Enclosure body type: Steel - welded case end with cable gland plate
  • IP Rating
    • Type A: IP3X (when correctly installed on the wall)
    • Type B: IP4X (when correctly installed on the wall)

Modular Enclosures

Modular enclosures will accept MCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs, fuse modules and command and control devices. Some of the enclosures can be combined with Type A or Type B distribution boards depending on their profile width.

Enclosure accessories:

  • additional earth bar (15 additional holes)
  • door barrel lock with 2 keys
  • door padlocking kit
  • padlock suitable for door padlocking kit

MCB Pan Assemblies

Interiors & incoming devices for single phase and three phase

MCB pan assemblies offer a high degree of flexibility for custom applications. SPN types are available with 4, 7, 10, 13, and 16 ways. TPN types are available with 4, 6, 8, 12,18 and 24 ways.

Technical characteristics:

  • Eaton MCB pan assemblies are suitable for inclusion in other factory built assemblies and as replacements for distribution board interiors.
  • MCB pan assemblies feature fully shrouded busbars.
  • Different incomer options available as separate kit
