Internal Elastomeric Swage Tooling & Equipment

Eaton internal elastomeric swage fittings were developed to provide a simple, yet reliable method to attach separable end fittings to rigid tubes for the demanding aerospace environment. These fittings provide a lightweight and cost effective alternative to welding, brazing, or other mechanically attached methods.

Internal Roller Swage Tooling & Equipment

Eaton’s model 4777 is a power-assisted roller swaging machine. The programmable logic controllers control the swaging process, electronically linked through a torque transducer, and provides a swage identical to that performed by model 6777. This kit is ideal for low volume or repair shop applications.
